Responsibilities

- Greet customers warmly and provide friendly assistance throughout their visit
- Assist with product selection, answering questions to enhance the customer experience
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sales floor, stockrooms, and common areas
- Support inventory management by restocking shelves and conducting stock counts
- Operate point-of-sale systems accurately to process transactions efficiently
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and ensure smooth store operations




- Follow safety protocols and company policies at all times to create a secure environment

Qualifications

- Excellent communication skills with a positive, energetic attitude
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Robust organizational skills with attention to detail
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not required
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate loads as needed
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
