Responsibilities

- Assist with daily store operations, including stocking shelves, organizing displays, and maintaining cleanliness
- Answer customer inquiries promptly and accurately, offering product recommendations when needed
- Support inventory management by receiving shipments, checking stock levels, and updating records
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store functioning and achieve sales goals




- Follow safety protocols and company policies consistently to maintain a secure environment
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay informed about new products and procedures

Requirements

- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage positively with customers and team members
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed
- Demonstrated enthusiasm for providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced setting
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and inventory counts
- Reliable attendance and punctuality to support team operations effectively
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not required; we welcome motivated learners!
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting or moving merchandise
