Summary

We’re seeking an experienced Tech Repair Technician to join our growing team, specializing in computer repairs. If you have repair experience with cell phones, game consoles, audio, or other electronics, that is an asset and should be mentioned. The ideal candidate will be eager to learn and grow, and be committed to upholding our high standards in sales and repair, ensuring we remain the go-to destination for all things tech.

Responsibilities

- Diagnose, troubleshoot & repair laptops and desktop computers, and/or cellphones in a timely manner
- Quality control and testing of repaired devices to ensure full functionality.
- Resolve/manage customer inquiries.
- Provide estimates and quotes
- Maintain and use repair tools and equipment, including software and in-store POS system to track repair tickets and inventory.
- Deliver an unparalleled customer experience.
- Supporting other pawnshop team members in day-to-day operations.
- Other related duties, as assigned.
- Stay updated on the latest technology trends and repair techniques.





Requirements

- 2 years experience repairing computers and/or cellphones.
- Proven ability to work in a multi-tasking & busy retail/service industry.
- Ability to use hand tools effectively for repairs.
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Robust communication skills to interact with customers professionally.

Pay: $22.00-$26.00 per hour
