- 4+ Years of experience as a Technical Analyst, Business Analyst, or Systems Analyst.
- Experience with cloud platforms, preferably Azure.
- Knowledge of APIs, databases, integrations, and Agile delivery methodologies.
- Understanding of AI/GenAI technologies, LLMs, prompt engineering, and AI platform concepts.
- Solid analytical, problem solving, communication, and documentation skills.
- Familiarity with tools such as Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Services, Power BI, SQL, Azure DevOps, Git, and REST APIs is preferred.
- Ability to support AI platform integrations, APIs, and cloud services.
- Assist with testing, deployment, troubleshooting, and production support.
- Gather and document business and technical requirements for AI initiatives.
