Time & Materials Billing Specialist – North VancouverPosition:Time & Materials Billing SpecialistDepartment:Finance & AdministrationLocation:North Vancouver, BCReports To:Group ControllerAs our Time & Materials Billing Specialist, you’ll ensure accurate daily LEMS reporting, invoicing under time‑and‑materials contracts, and maintenance of billing records, supporting project financial health and client confidence.ResponsibilitiesEnsure accurate daily time capture and LEMS reporting to clientsPrepare and issue invoices under time‑and‑materials contractsReview project timesheets, expense reports, and material usage logs for accuracyWork closely with Project Managers to resolve discrepanciesMaintain organized billing documentation for audits and reportingMonitor accounts receivable and assist with collections as requiredSupport month‑end and year‑end close with accurate billing dataRecommend improvements and streamline billing workflowsContribute to consistent,
