Position Summary

HealthOPM is currently recruiting Housekeepers to provide in-home cleaning support for private residences throughout Ottawa and surrounding areas . This role is well-suited for individuals who are organized, dependable, and comfortable working independently across multiple client locations.

Preference will be given to candidates who have access to a vehicle and are available to work within reasonable distance of the following general Ottawa areas :

West Ottawa (including Hintonburg / Little Italy area)

Exact residence within these neighbourhoods is not required.

Core Duties

Perform routine household cleaning (dusting, vacuuming, mopping, sweeping)

Clean and maintain kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and shared spaces

Assist with laundry tasks as needed

Disinfect high-touch surfaces

Support light errands or grocery runs when required

Identify and report maintenance or safety concerns

Keep cleaning tools and supplies organized





Follow established cleanliness and safety standards

Candidate Requirements

Access to a reliable vehicle strongly preferred

Valid drivers licence

Vulnerable Sector Check (VSC) within 6 months or willingness to obtain

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

Physically able to complete housekeeping tasks

Professional, punctual, and trustworthy

Previous residential cleaning or housekeeping experience is an asset

Status: Part‑Time opportunities

Location: Private residential homes

Shift lengths :3 hours
