The successful candidate will market Northern’s products and services within clearly defined policies and procedures. They will promote, up-sell and cross-sell the complete range of lending and investment vehicles with an emphasis on consumer loans, mortgages, credit card products, lines of credit, and deposit and retail branch term investments (excluding mutual funds). As a knowledgeable team member, the Member Solutions Specialist is also responsible for teaching, supporting and directing members to use self-service delivery channels,
