Reporting to the General Manager, the Maintenance Manager is responsible for overseeing all maintenance-related functions, including routine repairs and preventative maintenance programs. Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee maintenance and servicing operations
• Manage the scheduling of maintenance work
• Participate in budget preparation and control




• Conduct regular safety inspections of the facility
• Maintain inventories of supplies for maintenance
Requirements:
• Preferred education is a post-secondary degree
• Two years in supervisory capacity preferred
• Experience in health care or hospitality settings
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
