In this role within BMO’s Commercial Sales & Service group, you will manage an assigned portfolio, conducting in-depth credit analyses and financial reviews. Your insights will shape loan structuring and ensure compliance with risk policies. Engaging with clients, you will foster long-term relationships while identifying new business opportunities and managing service expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct detailed financial analysis and client assessments • Structure current and renewal loans based on client needs • Monitor portfolio performance for signs of risk • Collaborate with relationship managers to optimize client service • Develop proposals to capture new business
Requirements: • 3 – 4 years of experience in credit analysis or banking • Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields required • Proficient in financial modeling and analysis • Strong understanding of compliance regulations • Excellent problem-solving and analytical reasoning skills
