- 8+ years of experience as a Technical Writer or Documentation Specialist
- Proven ability to write transparent, concise, and structured technical content
- Experience documenting:
- Software applications
- APIs (REST, JSON, OpenAPI/Swagger)
- Cloud platforms or enterprise systems
- Familiarity with documentation tools:
- Confluence, Markdown, Git, SharePoint, or similar
- Ability to create diagrams using tools like Visio, Lucidchart, Draw.io, or similar
- Understanding of SDLC, Agile, and DevOps concepts
