Adecco is currently hiring a full-time reliable and detail-oriented Picker/Packers to join an On-Call General Pool supporting short-term projects with a leading medical manufacturing client in Kanata, ON .

This prospect is ideal for individuals seeking flexible work assignments and who enjoy working in a clean, quality-driven production environment.

Assignments typically range from 2-3 days to several weeks , depending on project requirements.

As a Picker/Packer, you will be responsible for inspecting, sorting, testing, packaging, and preparing medical products while maintaining strict quality and safety standards.

Pay Rate: $20.42 - $23.07 per hour Location: Ottawa (Kanata), ON Shift: 12-hour day and/or night shifts.

Perform basic testing and verification checks following established procedures.

Sort, organize, and prepare components for assembly or packaging.

Repackage tested products into designated boxes with accurate labels and documentation.

Maintain a clean, organized, and secure work setting.

Follow all company safety, quality, and productivity standards.





Work with small components while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.

Wear clean room gowning, masks, gloves, and other protective equipment as required.

Support manufacturing and assembly teams during project-based assignments.

Qualifications and Skills: High school diploma or WES equivalency required.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.

Ability to perform repetitive tasks with consistency and precision.

Comfortable standing for extended periods during a 12-hour shift.

Able to lift up to 25 lbs as required.

Comfortable working in a clean room workplace and following strict protocols.

Reliable, adaptable, and able to work on short notice when assignments become available.
