Job Description Our Client: AR Business Brokers is an award winning firm specializing in the sales and acquisition of small to mid-sized businesses across the Greater Toronto Area.

The Opportunity You are the first point of contact for entrepreneurs and business owners considering the most significant financial event of their lives: buying or selling their company.
Your goal isn''t to close the deal.
It is to build enough rapport and curiosity that the owner agrees to a discovery consultation with a Senior Business Broker.
Over 80% of your leads are warm.
The people you speak with are owners of real businesses, and the conversations are genuinely interesting.
This is a agile position combining elements of account management and call centre discipline.
Location: Mississauga, Ontario (In Person) Total Compensation: $60,000-$80,000 (Base of $40,000 to $45,000 plus realistic commission and bonus of $20,000 to $35,000) Employment Type: Full-Time | Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM 6:00 PM Key Responsibilities Qualify leads.
Have high-level conversations to understand an owner''s ''why'', discuss the firm''s services, and identify whether their business meets the valuation criteria.
Set consultations.
Work through common objections around market timing, confidentiality, and valuation.
Work the phones.
Roughly 80% of your outreach is warm inbound.
The remainder is outbound to owners in specific industries and revenue brackets across the GTA and Canada.
Manage the pipeline.
Keep accurate records of prospective sellers in the CRM and hand off cleanly to the Brokerage team.
Hit your numbers.
Meet and exceed monthly targets for calls, qualified leads, and booked appointments.
Requirements 2+ years in a similar appointment setting, scheduling, inside sales, or call centre role. B2B experience is a solid asset. A track record of meeting or exceeding activity quotas and sales targets.
Strong English communication and active listening skills, with the ability to explain complex ideas clearly over the phone. A business background is preferred, whether that is sales, accounting, or general business knowledge.
Comfort speaking with business owners matters more than a specific credential.
Self-motivation and diligence.
You are able to make repeated calls and treat each lead as its own project.
Strong note-taking and organizational skills, so context carries through to the Broker.
Proficiency with CRM software such as Pipedrive is an asset.
Training will be provided.
Comfort working fully in-office to a set schedule and clear targets.
Benefits Total earnings of $60,000 to $80,000, with commission tied to booked appointments and successful deals. A 10:00 AM start, so no early commute into Mississauga. A genuine path into a Broker role,
