Position Overview: As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative (French and English), you will be at the forefront of NB Powers commitment to customer satisfaction.

Your role will involve assisting customers with inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience with the services offered.

This job is a Full-Time permanent position working on-site at the NB Power Call Centre in downtown Fredericton.

The start date for this job is October 13, 2026.

Key Responsibilities: Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat, providing accurate and timely information and assistance Handle and resolve customer concerns, including billing inquiries, service requests, and technical issues Maintain a high level of professionalism, courtesy, and empathy when interacting with customers Document customer interactions,



update records, and ensure accurate data entry Collaborate with team members to improve customer service processes and maintain service quality Ability to show empathy and patience when dealing with customer concerns Ability to work effectively in a team and adapt to a dynamic work environment Qualifications: Fluency in both official languages, French and English is required Robust communication and interpersonal skills Strong computer skills with the ability to learn new software programs is required Customer service experience and/or call centre experience is an asset Why Choose NB Power: Competitive Hourly Pay Range Between $16.00 - $18.00 per hour Weekly Pay through Direct Deposit Accrued Vacation Pay Enrolment into a Comprehensive Health Care Plan which includes Medical and Dental Benefits and paid Statutory Holidays after 3 months of service.
