Key Responsibilities:
• Determine installation quantities from specifications and drawings • Prepare cost estimates for major construction projects • Develop comprehensive estimates for complex works • Review project plans and prepare construction plans • Present estimates to management and clients
Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Civil/Structural Engineering or equivalent • 8+ years of structural estimating experience • Proficient in MS Office and Bluebeam • Solid communication skills in English; French is an asset • Willingness to travel for project-specific needs
