As the Shopify POS Implementation Manager, you will play a crucial role in facilitating changes for enterprise retail operations at Lazer. Your hands-on approach will involve refining existing systems, configuring Shopify POS setups, and conducting comprehensive training sessions. You will ensure that the transition to new processes is smooth and effective, providing essential support during and after go-live.
Key Responsibilities:
• Analyze current operational workflows with retail partners • Set up and optimize Shopify POS settings in-store • Create training materials tailored for various roles • Manage the execution of rollout plans and monitor performance • Assist in basic hardware configuration and troubleshooting
