Adecco is currently hiring a full-time Forklift Operator for a fast-paced distribution and warehouse environment in Balzac, AB.

This position is ideal for candidates with experience in material handling, forklift operation, order picking, replenishment, shipping and receiving, and warehouse operations. You will support daily warehouse activities while ensuring accuracy, productivity, and safety standards are maintained.

Pay Rate: $21.50/hour

Location: Balzac, AB

Shift: Morning | 7am-3:30pm

Job type: Temporary with possibility of extension| Full-time

Responsibilities:

Construct cardboard tray boxes and prepare products for shipment.

Replace inventory in totes and organize products into trays.

Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts, to move products and pallets safely.

Perform order picking, replenishment, put-away, and inventory movement activities.

Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders accurately and efficiently.

Assist with shipping, receiving, and warehouse organization.

Maintain inventory accuracy and productivity standards.

Follow all workplace safety procedures, policies, and operational guidelines.





Perform general warehouse duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Skills:

Minimum 1 year of experience operating material handling equipment (MHE), including Center Rider, Reach Truck, Dockstocker

Valid forklift certification.

Experience with order picking, packing, and inventory handling.

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs throughout the shift.

Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and hand-eye coordination.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, productivity-driven warehouse workplace.

Must possess safety boots and a safety vest.

Shipping and receiving experience is considered an asset.

Experience in a distribution centre or warehouse environment is considered an asset.

Must be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada
