Your New Role
In this role, you will be reporting to the Maintenance Supervisor. You will be joining an existing Maintenance Team to support the day-to-day of a commercial portfolio in Metro-Vancouver. The majority of the portfolio is based in Burnaby. However, the Maintenance Technician will also be required to support properties in neighbouring cities. The ideal candidate will have experience in commercial building maintenance and be well versed with building systems, including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing.
This candidate will have handyman skills, be comfortable using tools and be able to complete basic carpentry tasks.
What you'll need to succeed
3+ years experience working in commercial building maintenance.
Related Education is an asset.
Must have a reliable vehicle and valid BCDL.
Must have your own basic tools.
Yardi experience is an asset.
Must be able to lift, move and carry up to 50 lbs.
What you'll get in return
Salary: $60,000 - $70,000.
