About this Opportunity The Tenant Services Coordinator provides administrative and tenant service support for the day-to-day operations of ABNA’s real estate portfolio. This position serves as a front-line point of contact for tenants, contractors, visitors, and internal stakeholders, ensuring that tenant requests, property administration, routine communications, records, and service requests are handled efficiently and professionally.

The Tenant Services

Coordinator is responsible for maintaining accurate property and tenant records, coordinating and following up on maintenance and service requests, supporting tenant and property events, preparing and distributing tenant communications, and assisting with website, social media, and other administrative tasks. The successful candidate will be highly organized, customer-focused, detail-oriented, and able to effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced workplace.

Key Responsibilities the Tenant Services Coordinator will be responsible for, but not limited to:

- Serve as the primary point of contact for tenants, contractors, vendors, and service providers, responding to inquiries, coordinating requests, and escalating matters as required.
- Manage the front reception area and tenant communication channels, including welcoming visitors, answering calls, responding to inquiries, and monitoring shared inboxes.




- Provide administrative support for the Company’s real estate portfolio, including correspondence, data entry, document preparation, filing, record keeping, and follow-up.
- Assist with tenant account and lease administration, including maintaining records, preparing notices and reminders, and directing account inquiries as required.
- Process and maintain records relating to purchase orders, work orders, invoices, maintenance requests, and other property documentation.
- Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and tenant service requests with contractors, service providers, tenants, and internal stakeholders, and follow outstanding items through to completion.
- Coordinate meetings, tenant events, and community engagement initiatives, including scheduling, communications, vendors, supplies, and event logistics.
- Assist with the Company’s marketing and communications activities, including website, social media, tenant communications, property information, and promotional materials.
- Perform other duties consistent with the scope and purpose of the position as assigned by management.

Qualifications/Experience
- College diploma in Business Administration, Office Administration, Property Administration, or a related field is preferred. An equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience will be considered.
- One (1) to three (3) years of experience in an administrative, office, reception, customer service, property administration, or similar support role is preferred.
- Experience with invoicing, purchase orders,



accounts receivable, payment records, property management, accounting, work order, or tenant management software is considered an asset.
- Experience with social media, websites, digital communications, or customer service content is considered an asset.
