Responsibilities

- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Micros POS, ensuring quick and productive processing
- Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and sanitation
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering duties, while balancing registers at shift end
- Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in all service areas, adhering to food safety regulations
- Assist with food preparation tasks when needed, supporting kitchen staff to ensure timely service




- Manage time effectively during busy periods to deliver prompt service without compromising quality
- Support guest services by resolving concerns professionally and ensuring customer satisfaction

Experience

- Previous food service experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred but not required; enthusiasm for learning is valued
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS or similar technology is a plus
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables and tasks efficiently during peak hours
- Knowledge of food safety practices, sanitation standards, and proper food handling procedures
- Experience in serving, cashiering, or hospitality roles that involve guest interaction and upselling techniques
- Basic math skills for cash handling, billing accuracy, and transaction processing
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude
