Overview

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Lube Technician to join our automotive service team. This position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with a passion for automotive repair and maintenance to develop their skills in a professional environment. The ideal candidate will have dealership or mechanic experience, strong mechanical knowledge, and a customer-focused attitude.

As a Lube Technician, you will play a vital role in ensuring vehicle safety and performance through routine maintenance and quality service.

Duties

- Perform oil changes, fluid top-offs, and filter replacements efficiently and accurately
- Conduct basic vehicle inspections to identify potential issues
- Use hand tools, power tools, and maintenance equipment to service vehicles
- Assist with other automotive repair tasks as needed, including tire rotations and brake inspections
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency




- Provide excellent customer service by explaining services performed and addressing customer questions
- Promote additional maintenance or repair services when appropriate to support sales goals

Requirements

- Dealership or mechanic experience is highly preferred
- Strong mechanical knowledge of automotive systems and repairs
- Experience using hand tools, power tools, and maintenance equipment
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently
- Excellent customer service skills with a professional demeanor
- Knowledge of automotive repair procedures and safety standards
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
- Willingness to learn new skills and grow within the team

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $17.20-$22.00 per hour
