Responsibilities
- Assist in removing and installing tires using hand tools and power tools with precision and care
- Perform tire balancing, rotation, and inspection to ensure optimal vehicle performance
- Support the team in performing basic vehicle maintenance and repairs as directed by senior technicians
- Use mechanical knowledge to identify tire issues and communicate findings clearly to customers or supervisors
- Handle heavy lifting of tires and related equipment safely to meet operational demands
- Receiving deliveries, organizing warehouse
- Delivering tires
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols at all times
- Provide excellent customer service by explaining services performed and answering basic questions about tire care
Experience
- Previous tire or mechanic experience is preferred but not required; we value enthusiasm and a willingness to learn
- Experience with hand tools, power tools, and basic automotive equipment is beneficial
- Robust customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely for extended periods during tire installation or removal tasks
- Familiarity with automotive maintenance procedures enhances your potential for growth in this role
