Raj Towing is currently looking for reliable and professional Tow Truck Owner Operators to join our team and provide towing, emergency recovery, and roadside assistance services throughout Winnipeg.
Duties
- Complete assigned towing calls in a timely and professional manner
- Safely load, secure, transport and unload vehicles
- Respond to accident scenes, repair facilities, customer residences and other assigned locations
- Complete required photos and documentation for each tow
- Use required mobile applications to receive and update assignments
- Communicate with dispatch and provide updates as required
- Provide skilled customer service
- Follow all safety and towing procedures
Requirements
- Must own and operate a suitable tow truck (wheel-lift and/or flatbed)
- Valid driver's licence and required licensing
- Tow truck must be properly registered and insured
- Ability to use mobile applications for towing assignments and documentation
- Clean background and driving record
- Smartphone with active phone and data plan
- Reliable and able to respond to assigned calls promptly
- Professional communication and customer service skills
