Upper James Toyota, part of the Parkway Motors Auto Group, is a family-owned and operated dealership that has been serving the Greater Hamilton area for over 45 years. We are a high-volume Toyota retailer and are currently looking for a Licensed 310S Automotive Technician to join our Service team.

Role & Responsibilities As a Licensed Automotive Mechanic, you will diagnose, service and repair vehicles while maintaining Toyota's high standards for quality, accuracy and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities include

- Diagnose and repair vehicle systems and components




- Perform vehicle maintenance and repairs efficiently and accurately
- Road test vehicles and use diagnostic equipment to identify concerns
- Test repaired systems and components to ensure proper operation
- Work collaboratively with Service Advisors, technicians and management
- Maintain a clean and safe work area
- Complete required Toyota training and maintain current technical knowledge
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
- Ability to work a Saturday schedule - once every six weeks

What We're Looking For

- Valid Ontario 310S Automotive Technician Licence
- Strong diagnostic and repair skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a busy service environment
- Toyota training and certification is an asset, but not required
- Valid Class G driver's licence and acceptable driver's abstract
- Comfortable using diagnostic programs and equipment
- Dependable, accountable and team-oriented
- Positive attitude and strong communication skills
