What you will do on a daily basis - Provide first-level IT support to internal users (computer hardware, telephony, printers, internet, business applications, etc.) - Interact professionally with colleagues to ensure a high level of satisfaction - Configure and install computers for new employees - Use the ticketing system to document interventions - Provide an exceptional employee experience from the moment new recruits arrive - Participate in projects based on your curiosity and thirst for learning - Contribute to the enhancement of the IT infrastructure What we are looking for - Vocational (DEP) or college (AEC/DEC)
