training and professional development and health & wellness Assisting with planning and executing career fairs Assisting with training coordination and facilitates course set-up Supporting the team by preparing for daily events and follow-up actions (e.g. scheduling and coordinating meetings, maintaining action lists and reminders, and meeting/interview preparation) Supporting activities requiring a high degree of confidentiality, attention to detail, and accuracy Composing and preparing confidential correspondence, reports, and other documentation Other duties and projects as assigned Qualifications Pursuing a degree or diploma with a Human Resources major Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal) Proficiency with various computer programs such as the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Power

Point, Outlook) Able to proactively anticipate needs and follow-up items for the team Able to maintain strict confidentiality required of work assignments Independent and resourceful in accomplishing day-to-day tasks and assignments Demonstrated initiative and ability to handle multiple tasks and changing priorities under tight deadlines,



while maintaining a high-degree of accuracy and professionalism Pay Range: $20.14-$24.70 PCL Student wages are determined individually for each student based on the number of completed school terms, relevant work terms, kind of role and work location.
