Adecco is currently hiring an Account Transfer Specialist for a full time opportunity within the financial services sector in Toronto, ON.

This role is ideal for candidates with experience in account transfers, client services, financial operations, securities administration, wealth management support, banking operations, or transfer processing.

You will play a key role in managing client account transfers, investigating transfer requests, coordinating with financial institutions, resolving transfer issues, and delivering exceptional client experience.

Review, process, and re-submit transfers that are not in good order.

Process cash and securities journal transactions.

Communicate with clients regarding transfer requirements, status updates, and rejected submissions.

Contact financial institutions to investigate and resolve transfer delays.

Resolve outstanding account transition issues and maintain accurate records.

Generate scheduled and ad hoc reports.

Identify transfer, rejection,



and asset movement trends.

Support process improvements and digital adoption initiatives.

Update procedures, user guides, and documentation as required.

Collaborate with internal teams to deliver a seamless client experience.

Support high-volume periods, including overtime when required.

Qualifications and Skills: Post-secondary education with 2-3 years of experience in financial services, banking, operations, administration, or client service.

Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and Power

Point.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Experience with account transfers, securities administration, or wealth operations is considered an asset.

Experience with IBM OSS, AS400, CDS/ARROW, or FundSERV is considered an asset.

Canadian Securities Course (CSC) completion is considered an asset.
