In this role within the Unified Sign In initiative, you'll manage a dedicated squad to streamline the authentication process for RBC clients. Your focus will include developing migration strategies and ensuring robust documentation and onboarding practices. Engaging with internal and external stakeholders, you'll prioritize backlog items that elevate both user experience and platform capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prioritize tasks focused on platform adoption and user satisfaction • Author detailed user stories and acceptance criteria • Work closely with engineering and design teams daily • Conduct agile ceremonies and maintain progress visibility • Oversee entire migration process from planning to execution
Requirements: • 4+ years in related product management roles • Ability to navigate both business and technical conversations • Experience with agile methodologies • Robust written and verbal communication skills • Familiarity with authentication and identity concepts
