Deliver exceptional customer service as an Executive Suites Concierge with Maple Leaf Sports & Entertainment. Engage with suite fans at Scotiabank Arena and BMO Field for various events.
As an integral member of the Fan Services team, you’ll ensure a welcoming atmosphere for fans attending events at our prestigious venues. Key responsibilities include communicating professionally, managing guest access, and resolving service-related issues. You will also be the ambassador for both the MLSE and the City of Toronto during special events.
Key Responsibilities:
• Greet guests warmly upon arrival
• Respond to service inquiries with friendly expertise
• Monitor suite access for fans and guests




• Assist in special events for Executive Suite clients
• Collaborate with maintenance and catering for service issues
Requirements:
• Smart Serve Certificate is mandatory
• Experience in VIP hospitality or concierge services preferred
• Robust interpersonal and communication skills
• Capacity to work under pressure with flexibility
• Familiarity with Toronto attractions is an asset
