Our commitment to ongoing training provides each team member the opportunity for professional development while keeping pace with current best practices.What you will doEnsure occupancy and waiting list targets are metWork with the General Manager and Director, Sales & Marketing to develop a marketing plan, including budget management and submits regular reporting on same.Undertake efforts to stay informed about the competitive landscapeDevelop and execute an annual community outreach plan, and attend relevant industry conferences and seminarsAssist with the set up and maintenance of model and guest suites as requiredOther duties as requiredWhat you bringPost-secondary education preferably in Business or Hospitality Management with a focus on Sales, Marketing, Community or Public Relations,
