with experience translating analytical findings into actionable business recommendations and client strategies.Deep understanding of customer analytics, segmentation, loyalty, CRM, measurement and insight generation, with the ability to connect analytics to broader business outcomes.Exceptional client relationship and stakeholder management skills, with experience leading client‑facing engagements and serving as a trusted strategic partner to senior audiences.Excellent communication and storytelling abilities, including the ability to simplify complex analytical concepts into compelling and actionable insights.Experience leading complex analytics engagements and contributing to business development and strategic growth initiatives.Job ResponsibilitiesServe as a recognized expert in client analytics and customer intelligence, bringing strategic perspective and thought leadership across analytics, loyalty, CRM and customer experience.Act as a trusted advisor to clients by building strong relationships with senior stakeholders, understanding business objectives and translating complex challenges into actionable analytics strategies and recommendations.Lead the successful delivery of complex analytics engagements, ensuring work is insight‑driven,
