The role requires expertise in training documentation, online learning platforms, stakeholder engagement, and end‐user support, with a strong focus on privacy, security, and legislative compliance.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, review, and maintain training curricula, education strategies, and documentation for MIS and HRIS solutionsSupport and maintain online learning management systems, including documentation updates and content governanceGuide the design and development of training and communication materials for working groups, stakeholders, and subject matter expertsFacilitate working groups, workshops, information sessions, and webinars to assess and address training needsDeliver and support technical training related to MIS and HRIS systems, reporting tools, and compliance requirementsCreate, manage, and publish project and operational communications through established approval processesBuild and maintain strong working relationships with internal teams and external stakeholdersApply industry best practices to ensure privacy, security,
