The incumbent will ensure the profitability of current vehicles and existing vehicles’ model year change and be in charge of analyzing and reporting vehicle profit variance compared to budget and previous years. In addition, this role supports vehicle and non vehicle profitability management through P&L analysis, business planning and forecasting, and financial insights to management.This is a 20 months contract position to cover a maternity leave.HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACTPricingReview price structures of new vehicles and existing vehicles’ model year change to ensure profitability compared to BP/PY/CYEvaluate pricing impacts on vehicle gross margin and overall P&L by analyzing key drivers such as price changes, incentives, cost movements,



and volume assumptions.Report on vehicle profitability of new model introduction and model year transition to top managementCollaborate with product planning team to understand details regarding the price planning to support management for decision‑makingVehicle Profitability Management & AnalysisReview, track and evaluate cost items in COGS with a heavy focus on logistic costsAnalyze, monitor and review full P&L for each vehicle at both model and trim‑level, and recommend strategic planningAnalyze and report Factory Margin to provide consolidated P&L by vehicle modelsBuild and maintain DB tool to track and analyze vehicle profitability through its life cycleSupport annual business plan process, 3‑month rolling forecasting and month‑end closingLead Vehicle GM analysis focusing on key profitability drivers, including volume, mix, and margin, to support business decisionsNon‑vehicle Profitability Management & AnalysisGet involved in Non‑vehicle profitability such as Extended warrantyDevelop and maintain financial analysis frameworks for new business initiatives and conduct profitability and performance analysisManagement Reporting & Financial GovernancePresent findings and recommendation to top managementAssist with quarterly reviews and year‑end auditAd‑hoc analysis & reporting as requiredWHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE ROLEUniversity degree in Business, Commerce, Accounting, Finance or a related field of study7+ years of relevant experience in the same or similar FP&A positionsCPA designation or working towards a CPA designation would be a strong assetExperience in the automotive industry would be a strong assetExperience in P&L analysisProficient in MS Office with advanced Excel & data base skillsSAP experience preferredExcellent oral and written communication skillsStrong analytical, problem solving, organization skills with ability of working under pressureFluently bilingual in English and Korean (verbally and written)
