Job Description
Insight Global is seeking an AI Environment Manager to support the next phase of a Microsoft Copilot Studio rollout.

This individual will oversee environment governance, access management, risk approvals, and adoption of AI agents across the business.

This role is ideal for someone with a Microsoft or AI consulting background who can balance hands-on execution with strategic thinking in a regulated financial services environment.

This is a long term role, starting as a 6 month contract with the goal to convert to a full time employee with the client.

Looking for strategic thinkers, based in Toronto, ON.

Responsibilities
- Manage the Copilot Studio environment and governance processes.
- Review and approve requests for agent development and environment access.
- Ensure appropriate controls, risk reviews, and compliance requirements are met.
- Coordinate promotion of solutions across Development, QA, and Production environments (SDLC).
- Partner with business, technology, security, and risk teams to support AI initiatives.
- Monitor adoption, usage, and overall platform health.
- Provide strategic recommendations to support the organization's AI roadmap.

Skills and Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in Agentic or AI platform governance, technology delivery, or workplace management.
- Experience within banking/financial services, wealth management, or another regulated industry.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Platform, and related Microsoft technologies.
- Understanding of SDLC processes and environment management (Dev, QA, Prod).
- Experience working with risk, security, and compliance stakeholders.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to think strategically while driving day-to-day execution.
