Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a Product Owner to join one of Canada's leading financial institutions in support of a large-scale enterprise data transformation initiative.

This strategic, multi-year program is driving the modernization of the bank's data and analytics ecosystem, with a focus on migrating legacy SAS-based workloads to Azure Databricks and establishing a scalable cloud-native data platform for enterprise-wide use.

As a Product Owner, you will play a critical role in shaping the vision, roadmap, and execution of the organization's Databricks platform strategy.

You will work closely with business leaders, data consumers, engineering teams, architects, and platform stakeholders to drive adoption, prioritize platform capabilities, and ensure successful delivery of transformation objectives across multiple lines of business.

This role is ideal for someone who has successfully led enterprise platform modernization initiatives, understands cloud-based data ecosystems, and possesses strong experience with Databricks.

The successful candidate will be able to bridge business objectives and technical delivery, while influencing stakeholders throughout large-scale organizational change initiatives.

Skills and Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner
- Working experience with Databricks, including an understanding of how Databricks is leveraged within contemporary data platforms.
- Experience supporting cloud migration, analytics modernization, or data transformation programs.
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Proven experience facilitating discussions and driving initiatives across large enterprise environments.
- Strong documentation, requirements gathering, and stakeholder management skills. - SAS Viya experience.
- Enterprise Guide experience. SAS Environment Manager experience.
- Experience supporting enterprise-scale data warehouse modernization initiatives.
