Responsibilities

- Assist clients in planning and booking comprehensive travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, tours, and transportation.
- Provide detailed travel advice, destination insights, and customized itineraries tailored to individual preferences and budgets.
- Promote and sell travel packages, hotel stays, and related services by leveraging your sales expertise to maximize client satisfaction and company revenue.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of travel industry trends, airline policies, hotel offerings, and destination requirements to offer accurate guidance.
- Handle customer inquiries promptly and professionally via phone, email, or in person, ensuring a positive experience throughout the booking process.
- Coordinate with hotels, airlines,



tour operators, and other vendors to secure reservations and resolve any issues that arise during travel planning.
- Keep detailed records of bookings, client preferences, and payment transactions to ensure seamless service delivery and follow-up.

Requirements

- Proven experience in sales or customer service roles within the hospitality or travel industry.
- Strong knowledge of hotel operations, destinations, and hospitality services is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to listen actively and articulate information clearly.
- Passion for travel with a desire to share expertise and inspire clients’ adventures.
- Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Familiarity with booking systems or reservation software is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided if needed.
