Sol Dental Studio is a contemporary, cosmetic and health-focused dental practice dedicated to delivering elevated, patient-first care. As the first point of contact for our patients, our receptionist plays a key role in shaping their experiences.
We are seeking a professional, warm, and detail-oriented Dental Receptionist to join our growing team.
What You’ll Do
- Greet patients with a friendly, polished demeanor and make them feel welcome from the moment they arrive
- Answer phone calls and emails, schedule appointments, and manage patient flow with accuracy and efficiency
- Verify insurance details and process claims and payments
- Present treatment plans and discuss financials with patients
- Maintain an organized and calm front desk, even during busy times
- Cleaning and other office tasks as needed
What We’re Looking For
- Dental experience is required
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- A calm, positive attitude and polished appearance
- Comfort with social media and technology
Hours of Work (some flexibility)
- Mondays 3pm - 7pm
- Tuesdays 9am - 7pm
- Thursdays 3pm - 7pm
- Fridays 9am - 5pm
- Alternating Saturdays 9am - 3pm
