As part of a Level 1 Trauma Center, the Adult Operative Services portfolio provides surgical access to specialties such as Neurosurgery, OHNS, Urology, General Surgery, Orthopedic Trauma, Plastics, Burns, Spine, iMRI, and Solid Organ Transplant Services. Key Responsibilities: Perform clerical duties including reception, patient registration, coordinating patient flow, scheduling diagnostics, and liaising with the multidisciplinary team. Physical & Role Requirements: This is a highly interactive, patient-facing role requiring frequent verbal communication with patients, families, and the multidisciplinary surgical care team, and the ability to accurately manage multiple concurrent tasks (registration, scheduling, phones, chart preparation) in a quick-paced, high-volume unit. The role requires regular mobility throughout the unit — including frequent walking between reception, patient bays, and workstations — for the duration of the shift.
