We are looking for an experienced, motivated, and results-driven Used Car Manager to lead our pre-owned vehicle department and help drive sales, profitability, and customer satisfaction.

What You’ll Do

- Manage all aspects of the used vehicle department.
- Source, appraise, purchase, and price used vehicles.
- Monitor inventory levels, aging, and market trends.
- Develop pricing strategies to maximize gross profit and vehicle turn.
- Lead, coach, and motivate the used car sales team.
- Ensure vehicles are properly merchandised, reconditioned, photographed, and advertised.
- Build and maintain relationships with wholesalers, auctions, vendors, and customers.
- Work closely with the Sales, Service, and Finance departments.
- Monitor department performance and achieve monthly sales and profitability targets.
- Ensure an exceptional customer experience from start to finish.

What We’re Looking For





- Previous experience as a Used Car Manager or in automotive sales management.
- Strong knowledge of used vehicle acquisition, appraisal, pricing, and market trends.
- Proven ability to lead and motivate a sales team.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.
- Results-driven with a focus on sales, gross profit, and inventory management.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid driver’s licence.
