Job Description
We are seeking an experienced AI Delivery Lead to drive the AI transformation of a Wealth Management platform.

This individual will lead complex AI initiatives, partnering across business and technology teams to deliver enterprise-scale AI solutions, including agentic and multi-agent platforms.

This role requires a solid delivery leader who can operate beyond traditional Agile project management, providing informed perspectives on solution, data, and AI architecture while driving execution.

We are looking for a long term fit to delivery a cutting-edge, high visibility transformation.

This role will start as a contract and will have the opportunity to convert to an FTE at a competitive salary.

Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of AI transformation initiatives within Wealth Management.
- Drive Agile delivery across multiple teams, ensuring successful execution from ideation through production.
- Manage stakeholder relationships across business, product, engineering, architecture, risk, and executive leadership.
- Lead delivery of AI, GenAI, Copilot, Git

Hub Copilot, and multi-agent platform initiatives.
- Establish and oversee AI SDLC processes, governance, testing, deployment, and adoption.
- Partner closely with architecture and engineering teams, providing informed input on solution, data, and AI architecture decisions.
- Review epics, features, and Jira stories to ensure alignment with business objectives and technical solutions.
- Manage risks, dependencies, budgets, timelines, and delivery outcomes.

Skills and Requirements
- 8+ years of experience leading Agile technology delivery, transformation, or large-scale programs.
- Proven experience delivering AI, GenAI, Copilot, or digital transformation initiatives.
- Strong expertise within Microsoft and AWS ecosystems, including Copilot, Git

Hub Copilot, Azure AI, Bedrock, and related AI technologies.
- Deep understanding of Agile delivery, AI SDLC, and enterprise AI governance.
- Ability to engage credibly with architects and engineers, providing thought leadership around data and AI architecture.
- Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
- Experience within Wealth Management, Investor Platforms, Banking, or Financial Services is highly preferred.
