Job Description
A leading international law firm is seeking a Corporate Paralegal with 8-10 years of experience to support a national corporate services digitization project.
The successful candidate will independently review electronic minute books for corporations, not-for-profits, and LLPs, identify and resolve corporate data integrity issues, maintain accurate and complete corporate records, and exercise sound judgment when organizing and validating documents within iManage, ALF, and Athennian in a fast-paced professional services environment.

Skills and Requirements
8-10 years of corporate paralegal or corporate clerk experience.
Strong experience reviewing and maintaining corporate records and minute books.
Familiarity with corporations, not-for-profit entities, and LLPs.
Experience working with corporate database and document management systems.
Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to identify and resolve data integrity issues.
Experience with iManage, ALF, and/or Athennian.
