**What are your contributions to the team?**
•
Plan, coordinate, and execute continuous improvement projects related to quality.
•
Monitor project schedules, risks, deliverables, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
•
Collaborate with Engineering, Production, Supply Chain, and Service teams to deploy quality improvement initiatives.
•
Analyze non-conformities, identify root causes, and implement effective corrective and preventive actions.
•
Participate in change management activities to identify and mitigate operational and quality risks.
•
Develop, track, and present quality performance metrics to stakeholders.
•
Act as a subject matter expert and coach in the application of quality tools and methodologies, including FMEA, APQP, PPAP, and risk analysis.

Support the maintenance, optimization, and continuous improvement of the Quality Management System in compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
•
Facilitate complex problem-solving activities and continuous improvement workshops with cross-functional teams.
**How to thrive in this role?**
•
You hold a degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or another relevant field, or possess equivalent experience.
•
You have significant experience (minimum of 8 years) in Quality Assurance and Project Management within a manufacturing or highly regulated environment.
•
You demonstrate strong leadership, problem-solving, and change management skills.
•
You have a solid understanding of quality standards and requirements, including AS9100 and ISO 9001.
•
You possess excellent communication, influencing, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
•
You are proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite; knowledge of SAP is considered an asset.
•
You are recognized for your autonomy, attention to detail, analytical mindset, and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
•
You are fluent in both French and English, written and spoken.
