acting as a change agent across both sites.Support managers with HR best practices, policies and compliance with employment laws and regulations.Lead health and safety culture initiatives, including injury management and return-to-work programs.Partner with cross-functional teams to enhance employee engagement and organizational effectiveness.Participate actively in plant leadership committees and continuous improvement initiatives.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, major in Human Resources Management or Industrial Relations (required).Equivalent combination of education and/or experience may be considered.Minimum five (5) years of experience as a Business Partner in a unionised manufacturing environment (required).Minimum five (5) years experience with employee relations (required).Agropur welcomes people from all backgrounds and origins.
