WHAT THE ROLE INVOLVES
You'll work alongside our sales team to onboard new clients and serve the design needs of our existing clientele. From the moment a lead comes in, you'll be part of the conversation for helping scope the project, developing concepts, working through customer revisions, and delivering print-ready files that go straight to our production team with no guesswork.
A TYPICAL WEEK
- Collaborating with sales on incoming leads to scope and quote new projects
- Developing concepts for new jobs in your queue
- Following up to gather artwork or accurate vehicle measurements
- Creating print-ready designs on vehicle templates
- Guiding customers through revisions until they approve the design
- Running test prints and getting final approvals
- Performing pre-flight checks on flagged jobs before production
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE
- Advanced Adobe Illustrator skills for full-scale vector work; Photoshop for image editing
- Familiarity with large-format print requirements: bleed, tiling, panel seams, color accuracy, and resolution
- Confidence to collaborate directly with customers and sales without needing a hand-holder
- A proactive approach to keeping jobs on track and escalating issues when necessary
- Ability to pick up new tools, techniques, and workflows quickly
BONUSES (NOT REQUIRED)
- Experience with vehicle wraps or large-format signage
- Familiarity with ICBC or fleet projects
- Hands-on knowledge of wrap installations or understanding the application process
