Site Description: One Queen Street East is a unique 503,000-square-foot complex that harmoniously blends Toronto’s storied past with cutting-edge design. This remarkable property consists of two distinct buildings, seamlessly connected by a five-story glass atrium that serves as both a physical and architectural bridge between eras.

- Provides leadership, direction, and ongoing coaching and training
- Ensures all standing orders and scheduled daily activities are carried out as required for each shift
- Ensures site staff adhere to all Paladin Security and site security policies and procedures
- Plans and implements shift work schedules
- Ensures all Security Officers have received the mandatory training
- Motivates staff and issues commendations
- Disciplines staff when necessary and ensures proper documentation is passed onto head office
- Attendance Management
- Performs security audits
- Documents and investigates security incidents and complaints
- Provide proactive and reactive security patrols.
- Communicates any concerns/issues with Client Service Manager

Requirements & Qualifications

- Supervisory or Team lead experience (2+ years) is considered an asset




- Demonstrated knowledge of CCURE 9000, ANGUS, or comparable security management systems.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Proven experience onboarding and training new staff in a site-based environment.
- Ability to create, update, and maintain clear and effective training materials for leadership review and implementation.
- Post-secondary education in a law enforcement or security program from a recognized college is an asset
- Working knowledge of the Trespass to Property Act and Mental Health Act
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with fluency in English
- Demonstrated punctuality, reliability, tact, and diplomacy
- Must demonstrate a high degree of professionalism, solid interpersonal skills, and emotional intelligence
- Ability to handle stress, make sound decisions under pressure, and work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- High level of attention to detail and observational awareness
- Comfortable working in busy, highly populated areas, both indoors and outdoors
- Physically capable of standing, walking, and patrolling by foot or vehicle for extended periods (8–12 hours)
- Legally authorized to work in Canada
