Responsibilities & Expectations
- Support the Vice-President, Internal, in various tasks that streamline internal affairs, including updating the task tracker, communicating with the team, and monitoring Imprint members' well-being
- Promote Imprint and encourage engagement among second-year students
- Help plan bi-monthly socials for the team
- Schedule team meetings and room bookings
- Provide assistance to other portfolios and Co-Chairs
- Work with Co-Chairs, Vice-President Internal, and case sponsors to evaluate case submissions for the case competition
- Conduct check-ins with each member and report concerns
- Attend mandatory scheduled meetings and assist in the preparation of the agenda and meeting minutes
Qualifications
- Strong willingness to learn, professionalism and interpersonal communication skills
- Passion for organization and takes initiative
- Ability to manage time and demonstrate responsibility
- Previous experience working in a team is an asset

Time Commitment
- 2 to 4 hours per week with additional time around events
- Must not be on exchange/away for co-op during the 2026/2027 academic year
