Support the planning and execution of Imprint's case competition, assisting with case development, judge coordination, and on-site finalist logistics.

Responsibilities & Expectations
- Support the Co-Vice-Presidents, Competition, in case writing and design alongside the case sponsor
- Assist in developing competition workshops, case briefs, and finalist development programming
- Help facilitate the judge selection process and support the grading process against established rubrics
- Manage end-to-end logistics for the case competition, including case release, submission management, and related communications
- Coordinate with stakeholders on finalist selection and distribute feedback to participating teams
- Support the enforcement of competition and case rules and regulations
- Oversee in office logistics for case competition finalists during the conference day, ensuring a seamless experience
- Attend mandatory scheduled meetings
Qualifications
- Solid willingness to learn, professionalism and interpersonal communication skills
- Passion for organization and remains calm under pressure
- Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
- Previous experience working in a team is an asset
Learning Outcomes
- Hands-on experience in case competition design and execution
- Exposure to judge coordination and grading processes
- Organizational skills and ability to delegate work
- Professional communication skills working directly with sponsors
Time Commitment
- 5 to 7 hours per week with additional time around events
- Must not be on exchange/away for co-op during the 2026/2027 academic year
