Responsibilities & Expectations
- Help the Co-Vice-Presidents, Brand & Experience, design and execute engaging campaigns to promote the Imprint Conference throughout the year
- Design conference materials (delegate book, menus, itineraries, name cards, place cards, etc.)
- Ensure all marketing materials align with the theme and associated brand standards
- Regularly update Imprint's brand book and vision board
- Support the development and execution of plans for contests and giveaways
- Deliver on established strategy for boothing engagement
- Contribute to the creation of conference and launch event presentation slides
- Design team merch and other materials for attendees and the team
- Attend mandatory scheduled meetings
Qualifications
- Understanding of the implementation of a cohesive marketing strategy
- Skills in graphic design and Adobe Creative Suite considered an asset
- Strong interpersonal communication skills and knowledge of marketing trends
- Previous experience working in a team is an asset

Time Commitment
- 3 to 5 hours per week with additional time around events
- Must not be on exchange/away for co-op during the 2026/2027 academic year
