Contribute to logistical planning and execution for the conference + key touchpoints, including venue coordination, speaker travel, and in office event management.

Responsibilities & Expectations
- Support the Co-Vice-Presidents, Conference, in organizing and executing all pre-conference events
- Maintain a positive relationship with venue representatives that can be carried forward to consecutive years of the UBC Imprint Conference
- Help facilitate transportation for speakers to and from the conference, including flight and hotel reservations
- Create detailed footstepping documents and delegate responsibilities to the team for pre-conference events and conference day
- Support tabling, food, scheduling, outreach, and attendee management across conference touchpoints
- Lead conference day planning and operations
- Attend mandatory scheduled meetings
Qualifications
- Strong willingness to learn, professionalism and interpersonal communication skills
- Passion for organization and remains calm under pressure
- Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
- Previous experience working in a team is an asset

Time Commitment
- 5 to 7 hours per week with additional time around events
- Must not be on exchange/away for co-op during the 2026/2027 academic year
