Responsibilities & Expectations
- Work alongside the Co-Vice-Presidents, External, in identifying and engaging companies and industry professionals for conference attendance
- Network as UBC Imprint ambassadors
- Assist with tasks within the External portfolio
- Personally engage with prospects to help secure delegate attendance
- Coordinate with Vice-Presidents to secure networking, boothing, and workshop delegate attendance and assist with sponsorships
- Maintain connections with past delegates and invite them to the conference
- Collaborate with the Conference portfolio to plan networking session details
- Attend mandatory scheduled meetings
Qualifications
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Show proactiveness and display eagerness to learn
- Thrives off of making connections and fostering relationships
- Highly organized and conducts oneself in a professional manner
- Previous experience working in a team is an asset

Time Commitment
- 3 to 7 hours per week with additional time around events
- Must not be on exchange/away for co-op during the 2026/2027 academic year
