Our Enterprise Business

Unit (EBU) partners with home improvement industry leaders managing $500K+ monthly ad budgets. These are high-touch, high-value, performance-obsessed clients. We operate as strategic advisors to them, integrating deeply with their internal teams to drive measurable growth through not only paid media strategy and execution, but also sales enablement, customer experience, and long-term profitability.

We’re seeking a high-performance Account Director to lead enterprise-level accounts and client relationships with a deep sense of ownership, authority, and drive . You’ll be in the driver’s seat — serving as the face of the agency and a strategic growth partner to your clients. Operating at the intersection of strategic consulting, performance marketing and analysis, and client leadership , you’ll oversee as many as 3–5 large-scale accounts, each representing multimillion-dollar marketing investments, and play a key role in driving measurable business growth for your clients and for CDM.

You’re a driven strategic operator and relationship leader with the composure of a consultant and the hunger of a performance marketer who’s comfortable in high-pressure situations.

A Builder at Heart : You’re not afraid to roll up your sleeves, bringing structure to ambiguity and creating the clarity, tools, and direction that enable your clients and teams to perform at their best. ~ 6+ years of client-facing account leadership experience within performance-driven sectors. ~4+ years in a performance marketing or agency environment. ~Proven experience managing $500K+/month accounts with VP/C-suite visibility. ~ Strong understanding of paid digital media and interpreting full-funnel performance data. ~ Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or analytics (or equivalent experience). ~ Demonstrated drive, curiosity, initiative, and self-direction; Willingness and ability to travel to the United States on a quarterly basis to represent the company at conferences, lead client engagements, and support key relationship-building initiatives ~ Bonus: Experience in home improvement, home services, or lead generation.
